Don’t you just love ‘aha’s?

Don’t you just love ‘aha’ moments?

When you finally get it?

I still remember riding a bike without stabilisers for the first time.

It was summer, and I was on holiday in Devon. On a quiet street, riding a borrowed, battered red bicycle.

I’d been practicing all day – my knees still bear the scars - when suddenly,

Whoosh! I was off!

I couldn’t quite believe it, but my feet kept pedalling and the bike stayed up and next thing… I was several streets over.

I still remember that sensation of empowerment! Yay! I can do it!

And you know what they say: you never forget how to ride a bike.

The more you practice, the easier it gets. And the further you can go

Those breakthroughs and ‘aha’ moments are what I most love about my work.

When I witness a transformation in the way a client communicates.

When nerves and discomfort make way for confidence and clarity…

…it’s literally like seeing a light bulb go on:

😁 A scientist who thought she had to be serious when making presentations… and realised she could be herself - funny.

🌿 Young environmental leaders delivering their elevator pitch with “emotion, relevance and unforgettable impact”.

❓ A coachee who discovered her “why”… which changed everything about the way she communicated.

📙 A business student who transformed his start-up pitch with a personal story.

💡 An HR professional who had a complete mindset shift – and found her confidence. And who shone in the spotlight.

If you want to feel that lightbulb moment too,

Send me a message.

If we work together, you will have to pedal and practice, but in a safe space.

No chance of knee scars!
