How do you want them to feel?

How do you want to make people feel?

We’re very good at focusing on what we want them to know.

And sometimes, do.

But how do we want our audience to feel?

Inspired? Hopeful? Motivated? Moved? Empowered?

I know how I want my clients to feel.

In my workshops and coaching sessions, I set about lifting barriers –

linguistic, cultural, hierarchical…

… to create an environment of trust, and connection.

Because I want each person to feel

Seen - Valued - Heard.

That translates into confidence,

which sparks transformation in the way we communicate.

And results in empowerment.

As Maya Angelou said,

"I've learned that people will forget what you said,
people will forget what you did,
but people will never forget how you made them feel."
